Barbara Dwyer is president and co-founder of Inspire! Ministry for Women.
Inspire! is dedicated to transforming the lives of women by equipping them with Christian principles and awakening their unique giftedness and purpose. Barbara is a retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker who worked in the profession as a clinical director and administrator for over 25 years. She is a regular columnist for her local newspaper and co-host of the cable TV talk show “Inspiring Views” currently in production. Barbara is a popular speaker for religious and business organizations.

From the time she could hold a piece of chalk, education has been Jeanne’s life passion. During the course of her career, her experience has been varied and expansive. Jeanne has served as a director of preschools, taught elementary school in the public setting, was selected as Teacher of the Year in two different districts, and has studied under the academic elite from Harvard, MIT, and Stanford in regards to how people learn. Currently, she is serving as the Director of Adult Faith Formation at her church, and is pursuing her Certificate in Spiritual Direction to companion with others on their spiritual journey. Meeting her husband, Tom, in seminary, Jeanne loves being the wife of a pastor, and a mom to their nineteen year old son, Tommy.

Michelle Jenks is President of Grace Institute, Pastor of Growth Ministries at Grace Community Christian Church, and co-creator of Inspire! Ministry for Women. She is an acclaimed speaker, a skilled trainer, and a sought after coach, with more than 18 years of experience leading people in a variety of corporate, not-for-profit, and church environments to higher performance. She blends her years as a corporate trainer and coach, business developer and strategic planner, with her experience as an entrepreneur, coordinator of volunteer programs, and program developer to offer her clients comprehensive services to help them develop necessary skills for success in their fields. She believes in leading people to an integrated life.
Michelle and her husband are new empty nesters with five adult children and twin grandchildren.

She is 2008-09 president of the National Speakers Association -IL Chapter, a commissioned Minister of Care for St. Pauls United Church of Christ, and a Stephen's Minister. She was 2005 National Speakers Association Illinois Humanitarian of the Year. Cheryl is the devoted wife of Captain Bob.
